International Women in Engineering Day
While scrolling through their social media and comparing it to other university's college of engineering pages, I noticed that Iowa State hadn't posted about International Women in Engineering Day. It was shocking that such an engineering and equality-focused university had not posted or been involved with an international celebration of women in engineering.
I took the initiative to create these "repostable" graphics for the CoE social media and created a social media plan and passed it on to the social media manager.
This is a template I made to post the Women in Engineering stories on social media to get more reach, and promote their stories on the news pages.

This template I made to post alumni spotlights on social media to celebrate the 150th anniversary of civil, construction, and environmental engineering.
This was my first assignment on the job. Agricultural and biosystems engineering (ABE) competed closely with other colleges and went from 1st to 2nd. I created this from scratch, because I thought that using a photo of our students being the focus would be best! It appeared on the ABE page until the next rankings were published.
